Who is Barbara Heil-sonneck?
Barbara utilizes her diverse business experience working internationally in Fortune 500 and small companies, entrepreneurship, real estate investing, design, and love for travel to create together with her team, Design2Sell, a powerhouse partnership for top real estate producers.
Barbara and her team are driven to increase the perceived value of every property they touch. Over the last 16 years Barbara has developed a proven system that results in measurable and marketable results and the highest return of investment for her clients. Who is ANNE FURLOW?
Anne is an accomplished motivator, public speaker and often a go to person for local realtors in her area looking for the competitive marketing advantage her company, Step by Stage Interiors can offer.
Anne resides in the Historic District in Lakeland with her husband and business partner, Patrick. They enjoy going to the Food Truck Rally in Downtown Lakeland, and the farmer’s market (Downtown & Dixieland). On her own, Anne enjoys restoring furniture, lounging in the backyard pool, and weekend getaways. She’s often found sitting on the front porch and entertaining neighbors with cookouts, wine, and morning coffee.
Who is RED BARRINUEVO?
Red Barrinuevo is the Principal Designer at Redesign4More, and an award winning property stylist and interior decorator based in Toronto. Best known for his clever home staging strategies wrapped within a transitional and contemporary aesthetic, ranging from small condos to large-scale luxury homes in Toronto and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area.
His design and decor expertise has earned him a number of notable accolades, including Top Home Stager for Canada (2016), Top Redesigner for North America (2013), Luxury Home Stager of the Year for Canada (Top 10) and Vacant Home Stager of the Year for Canada (Top 10), from the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA®). Most recently, Red was named one of the 100 most influential people in real estate staging by RESA® three years in a row and currently serves as a RESA® National Board of Director.
