Who is ann Pershing?
Certified Professional Home Stager, Ann Pershing is the founder of Show Simply Learning Studio, an affordable online training program for home stagers. A Real Estate Staging Association (RESA®) Approved Continuing Education Course, the Show Simply Learning Studio program helps business owners start their own Pre-Listing Consultation business or perfect their skills in performing a professional home staging pre-listing consultation.
With her company, Show Simply, Ann has been staging homes in the Midlothian, Virginia area for seven years and is an expert in pre-listing consultations. Ann holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Georgia State University and has 20 years of management consulting experience, giving her the tools necessary to be an effective coach for her staging clients— securing them and their real estate agent top dollar for their homes.
In her spare time, Ann enjoys, traveling, reading, home improvement projects and connecting with her close-knit neighborhood. She lives with her husband, a retired Army officer, her daughter, and their 2 ragdoll cats Moose and Smudge.
